Viva la Diva Policies
1. A $100 deposit and this signed party agreement are required
to reserve a date. Parties may be rescheduled once at no charge after
the deposit has been paid. However, if the party needs to be cancelled
for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. A final guest count is due 1 week before the party. We love
siblings! Siblings are welcome to participate in the spa party if they are
included in the final head count. Our services and products are uniquely
planned for the exact number given in the final head count, so
unfortunately, unexpected guests cannot be accommodated. The guest
of honor is included in the final head count.
3. We gladly accept cash, Paypal, major credit cards
(VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), and debit
cards. Credit/debit card payments after the initial deposit incur a 3% fee to cover
credit card processing. The remaining party balance is due on the date of the party,
unless there have been a la carte items ordered, in which case an additional
payment may be required before the party date.
4. All services are provided for entertainment purposes.
While we think you will find our spa parties very relaxing and fun,
they do not include professional spa or certified cosmetology
services. Parents present may be asked to assist in small details like removing nail
polish children are wearing when they arrive at the party.
5. Parties last between 2-3 hours, depending on the package
selected and number of guests. Our team will arrive 1 hour
before the party to set up, and stay 30 minutes after the party to pack
up our supplies. Parties will begin and end at the times indicated in the
party agreement. If a guest arrives late, she may join in at whatever
point we are in the party.
6. No personal information will be used on our marketing
materials, but we may use photos and/or videos taken at
parties on our website or other promotional material. If
you would like to request that we not take photos or videos,
please let us know!
7. For the health and safety of all party guests and Viva la
Diva employees, only non-smoking venues will be accepted
for spa parties. We also use only natural-based beauty and
spa products as much as possible. Please let us know if there
are any guests with allergies.
8. Please reserve close parking and access to the front door
for Viva la Diva for loading and unloading party supplies.
Hosts need to provide a clean, spacious area for spa activities,
dancing, and seating for party guests. Most hosts choose to
use a dining area and living room area for parties. We will
also need access to an electric outlet, hot water or microwave for heating water.
Parties held at a hotel or condo may incur extra fees for valet
parking and bellman services.
9. Viva la Diva accepts no responsibility or liability for
damages, injury, or accidents during the party or set up and
take down. Please remove easily breakable and fragile items from
the party area for the safety of the children and protection of your
belongings. Please restrict pets and very young children from the
party area for their and other guests' safety during the party. Party hosts are
responsible for notifying Viva la Diva of any guests' food allergies prior to the start
of the party.
10. By signing a party agreement, the responsible party
agrees to abide by the policies of Viva la Diva. Non-compliance
with the policies may result in non-refundable cancellation or
postponement of a party, at the discretion of Viva la Diva.
