1. Description of Proposed Exhibit 

Upload a description of proposed exhibit in PDF format as well as artist/s statements for each exhibitor. The description for the exhibit should include a theme for the exhibit, the materials and methods for the work to be on exhibit and the name of the artist or artists who will be exhibiting. 

For Individual Artists: Attach an artist's statement for the proposed exhibit. 

For Group Exhibitions: Identify your curator of applicable. Desribe his or her curatorial experience with the description of proposed exhibit. Include artists statements for all participating artists in the statement. 

 

2. Artist (s) Resume (CV)

Upload PDF version of Artist(s) Resume. For group exhibits please combine resume's into one PDF. 

 

3. Work Sample Image List

Upload a comphrensive image list in PDF format of all works submitted for review. 

The list is required to include Title of each work, artist's name with each work, date, dimensions and medium. 

 

4. Art Work Samples 

Works submitted should be works similar or related to the work proposed for the exhibit.  Submit 10 works through the following format. Files are required to be jpeg format nd smaller than 500KB. 

Use the following file name format to label art work, artist name, name of the work, and corrresponding image list number. ( e.g. JD_title_001.jpg)
