At Reality, it is important to us that every member of the family be able to serve together, safely. To this end, we background check every person serving at Reality, regardless of the team. This way our youth can safely serve alongside our adults. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact us at admin@realityolympia.com

Once you submit your application, you will receive an email through Planning Center Online, our online scheduling tool, to complete a background check using Checkr, Inc. These companies are both secure and reputable, used by many churches to keep ministry teams safe.
