NOTICE OF ALL PRECONSTRUCTION TREATMENT

The Texas Department of Agriculture, Structural Pest Control Service must be given notice of all commercial subterranean termite preconstruction treatments (treatment of a structure other than a single family dwelling) by submission of this online form between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. at least 4 hours prior to, but no more than 24 hours prior to when the business conducting the termiticide application is scheduled to arrive at the treatment site.

If the subterranean termite preconstruction treatment is cancelled, the Texas Department of Agriculture, Structural Pest Control Service must be notified by completing and submitting this online cancellation submission form within one hour of the time the pest control company learns of the cancellation.
