NOTICE OF ALL STRUCTURAL FUMIGATIONS

The Texas Department of Agriculture, Structural Pest Control Service must be given notice of all Structural fumigation treatments by submission of this online form between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. at least 4 hours prior to, but no more than 24 hours prior to when the business conducting the fumigation is scheduled to arrive at the fumigation site.

If the structural fumigation is cancelled, the Texas Department of Agriculture, Structural Pest Control Service must be notified by completing and submitting this online cancellation submission form within three hours of the time the pest control company learns of the cancellation.
