Be a volunteer for the Ephraim Historical Foundation
Candy Counter Helper – Here is your chance to work in the Anderson Store! It does not have to be every day. Maybe you can only work a morning or afternoon, but you better get on the schedule!
Tram Tour Guides –Imagine leading visitors on a 1.5-mile historic driving tour. Tram Tours last approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Ephraim Heritage Day – Welcome in the season on Ephraim Heritage Day, which is always the Friday before Fyr Bal (in mid-June). Morning and afternoon volunteers are needed in all museum locations.
Sunday SingAlongs – Join in the fun and help us along the way with chair set up, merchandise sales, and a little clean-up too!
Child’s Play – If you love working with kids, then this is a great opportunity for you. You can help with the set-up and teaching of crafts and hands-on experiences.
History Speaks – Door County’s past comes to life when we host this popular free program. We want you to assist setting up chairs, tables and microphones early in the day; then come back for the great program at night.
Summer Social – Get the party started! The Summer Social is held on the second Saturday in July. Help set up, plan or decorate. This is the Big Event of the year. Many hands make light work!
Administrative – It would be great to get your help with mailings, copying & data entry.
Property Maintenance – Join our team. Lend a hand with yard work, cleaning, light maintenance & carpentry.
Archival Assistance – Our exhibits and collections require very special care and attention! There are a number of opportunities within the EHF Archives, so contact us to learn more!
Committee Member – Committee members help plan programs and events, marketing, EHF tours, and much more. Let us know if you are interested and we’ll be in touch about current openings.
Jack-Of-All-Trades - Some possible volunteer opportunities for a Jack-Of-All-Trades would be substituting for our Candy Counter Helpers, Program Volunteers, or even a Docent, or pitching in to clean the museums for the season.
