Lesson and Billing Policies
Lessons for All Instruments and Voice: Monthly Tuition is a flat rate of $100 per month for four half-hour lessons; scheduled weekly on the same day and time.
Payments: All lessons are based on a month to month commitment. If a student begins lessons in the middle of the month, we will prorate the number of lessons before the beginning of the first full month.
Forms of Payment: All students are required to have a credit/debit card on file. Our Auto Bill is a safe, secure and convenient way to pay ongoing fees while enrolled. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Check Cards. We will automatically bill your card on the 1st business day of every month. There will be a $10 Fee for any declined cards.
Late Fees: Late payment fee is $30. If your card on file is declined and payment is not received by the second lesson of the month it is considered late and the fee will automatically be applied, no exceptions. It is the student's/parent's responsibility to ensure we have a current credit card on file for auto bill purposes.
Missed Lessons: Regular attendance at lessons is expected. There are no credits or refunds given for missed lessons. Make-up lessons are not offered. If you must miss a lesson due to illness, accident or unavoidable scheduling conflict, please call as soon as possible to report missing the regular lesson. If notice is not given for missed lessons two weeks in a row, students will be removed from the schedule. Lessons for teacher absence, teacher will make arrangements to do a pre or post make up lesson.
Discontinue Lessons: We require a two week written notice to discontinue lessons. This will ensure your card on file will not be billed for the next month's tuition.
