1. A complete application for each adult 18 or older. Unfavorable information for any individual applicant may result in denial of all applications for that group.
2. A two (2) year rental/residence history. Please have names, addresses and telephone numbers of previous landlords available.
3. A two (2) year employment history. Please have names, addresses and telephone numbers of previous employers. Copies of your last two paycheck stubs will help in the processing of your application.
4. Verifiable household income which is sufficient to pay the monthly rent and living expenses. Individuals who are self-employed must provide proof of income.
5. Permission to run a credit check and criminal background check.
6. Valid picture ID and valid Social Security Number.
7. Maximum occupancy of no more than two (2) people per bedroom.
8. Personal reference(s) for emergency purposes.
