DEPOSITS Most cruise deposits are 100% refundable until the final payment date; however, some promotional offers require a non-refundable deposit. If you're not sure if your deposit is refundable or not, please ask your travel professional for clarification PRIOR to making your payment.
FINAL PAYMENTS All final cruise payments are subject to cancellation penalties after the final payment date. Penalties range from the deposit amount up to the entire amount paid for the trip. Please ask your travel agent for the penalties schedule BEFORE making final payment if this is an important consideration for you.
AIRFARE If you've added airfare to your cruise, it is YOUR responsibility to carefully review your reservation prior to payment. By making payment, you certify that you've confirmed the dates, times and cities for all flights are correct. You also confirm that all passenger names are an exact match to the form of ID that will be used, and that the dates of birth listed are correct. By making payment, you agree that you shall not hold the travel agency, the travel agent, the cruise line, and/or the airline financially responsible should you or any member of your travel party be denied boarding because of incorrect information on the reservation.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS Each passsenger is required to show proof of citizenship prior to boarding the vessel. Some itineraries may also require certain travel visas and/or proof of vaccination. The cost of obtaining these items is NOT included in your cruise price and is the sole responsibility of each passenger. These items must be obtained prior to the cruise. Failure to produce the required items upon request may result in denied boarding. By making payment on your cruise, you agree that you shall not hold the travel agency, the travel agent, or the cruise line financially responsible should you or any member of your travel party be denied boarding for failure to produce the required documents. If you are unsure about what documentation might be required for your trip, please check with your travel agent PRIOR to making payment.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is an optional item available through the cruise line as well as third party vendors. This agency STRONGLY recommends the purchase of travel insurance! Most health insurance policies will not cover you outside the country, making a vacation policy that much more important. Many policies will cover pre-existing conditions if purchased within 7 or 14 days of the cruise deposit. A variety of coverage options are available; please discuss these options with your travel agent. Coverage does not begin until it has been paid for. The premium for insurance is 100% non-refundable. COVERAGE CANNOT BE ADDED AFTER FINAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
