  • COUPON TRAIN RULES

    1. Membership is available to anyone 18 years of age or older.

    2. You promise NOT to use the information to conduct any fraudulent or business activity or promotion of spam.

    3. A train will be sent out when there are at least 5 people signed up.

    4. When you receive the train in the mail, remove the coupons you want. Replace the same number of coupons in the envelope. There should always be at least 50 coupons in the envelope. 

    5. Place the instruction sheet with the names and addresses of the other participants into the envelope and mail to the next person on the list. 

    6. Make sure there is proper postage on the envelope. It generally costs about $1.75-$2 to send an envelope.

    7. Please try to send a variety of coupons on to the next person. All pet coupons and baby coupons don't count in your totals as all people cannot use them.

    8. If there is a problem with the envelope or it does not arrive, email me at riesavings@hotmail.com. 

    9. Please mail out the envelope within 3 days of receipt.

    10. You can put expired coupons inside the big envelope with a clip or separate smaller envelope. I will send them to the military families that can use them up to 6 months after expiration.

By signing up for the coupon train, Celebrate the Savings with Rie Cosentino and RieGifts may send periodic emails to advise you of special deals and news. You will always have the option to opt out of those emails at any time.
