Participants must have strong presentation skills, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Additional skills and experience may include (but are not limited to): Powerpoint, biomedical/public health research, literature review, epidemiology, financial analysis, grant writing, monitoring and evaluation, program management, community development, international development, social media/communications, mobile health, other international experience in medicine, public health, finance, engineering, etc.

We are not looking for a specific set of skills from each participant; rather we seek to form a balanced and well-rounded team of individuals.
