POLICIES
MISSION
Our mission is to provide exceptional academic assistance and customer service in a supportive, structured, and professional manner. If a student has been granted an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), such as additional testing time, Alma Mater Educational Services will confirm this with the school and gladly meet every need of the student without question.
RESULTS
Alma Mater Educational Services is committed to 100% satisfaction. We also require that a parent or guardian be present during every proctored exam for all students under the age of 18 years old.
SCHEDULING
Alma Mater Educational Services provides proctoring services 7 days a week. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the exam time will be charged a one (1) hour cancellation fee. There is a one-hour minimum for all proctored exams and the student is responsible for the total amount of time permitted to take the exam.
CANCELLATIONS
You will be billed for one hour for the following reasons:
1. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of a scheduled exam)
2. On-site cancellations (made when the proctor arrives)
3. No shows (your proctor will wait for 15 minutes before leaving)
PAYMENT
Our company's goal is to make the billing procedure as simple and as efficient as possible. We require a credit card to be placed on file to secure your account and exam appointment. Upon completion of proctoring services, you will receive an invoice for your records and review. At that time, you may elect to pay with the card you provided, via PayPal or with a check. No charges will be made to the card on file without your express permission.
