Produce purveyors will be allowed as resellers under the following conditions:
They will be required to individually label all produce to identify the following attributes:
Has it been personally grown on your property?
Has it been grown locally (in Arizona), regionally, or nationally?
Is it grown by a certified organic grower or grown using organic practices?
Growing methods, locations and practices will be subject to inspection and verification.
Any purveyor found using willfully deceptive methods/ descriptions to promote product sales will be summarily dismissed from the market at the market manager's sole discretion.
