Mentor Application Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering as a Mentor in the Edinboro University School of Business Student Mentoring Program. This form provides information to the school to best match you with appropriate student mentees. Once all fields are complete, please click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form. Items marked with an asterisk are required. You will be contacted by phone or email regarding your application. To be fully considered for participation in the program for the next academic year (September - May), mentors must submit an online application by July 31. The Mentor-Student matching process will be conducted each summer and matches will be announced in August/September of each year.
