Dear Patients
We would like to inform all of our international patients that it is our pleasure to send your supplements to you and anything else that you may require to help you to the best of our abilities. As we continue to provide you with great service we would also like to make clear that the only shipping method that we use is FEDEX.
With FEDEX you are able to track your package once it has left out office and in route to you. If you would like your tracking information please ask that it be given to when you place your order so that once we generate a label we can contact you with that information. Shipping internationally is costly and unfortunately FEDEX charges a fee a DUTY FEE once your package goes through customs, we do not know what the cost of the charge will be until we receive a notice via mail in the office. The credit card you provided us with to charge your supplements and delivery fee with will be charged this fee once we have received the notice. If you would like use to use a different card at the time a notice is received then please let us know when you place your order.
If you reside in the UK we have a supplier out there and this will help avoid the DUTY FEE. We will give this information to you at the time you place your order.
