West Bonner Library District (WBLD) is a proud member of the Cooperative Information Network (CIN). Library cards are valid at all CIN libraries. Non-resident cards are available for $25 per year. To activate your library account bring a picture ID and proof of current physical address to the Priest River Library or the Blanchard Library.
