This German Shepherd male, Odin vom Zauberberg, is very substantial, largely build with confident demeanor. Very noticeable at first glance he has absolutely large bone and excellent substance, that gives him a very impressive appearance to everyone. The coat of this very young highly trained dog is absolutely unique in pigment, very dark sable color, that is rare to find. Odin's off leash obedience is absolutely reliable and easy to transfer into a new owner's hands. All commands are trained in German! With his rock solid temperament he can face any environmental challenge. He is trained to "hold and bark", "release" on command", "alerts" on command. His bites are full and hard. Taining his retrieve right now. Recently obtained his CGC title AKC. Has proven himself to be a great stud dog! Odin comes from top West German bloodlines.

The following representations and conditions which have been initialed by Seller and Buyer apply to the sale of the aforementioned dog:
1)
Seller warrants to the best of their knowledge and belief that the above described dog is in good health. The dog is sold as is in regards to medical condition, etc. Upon receipt of dog the buyer assumes all health care and expenses. A veterinarian examination and a health certificate are issued prior to shipping. The Health certificate is required by all airlines. Home delivery by a Zauberberg Trainer or shipping of the dog are not included in the purchase price.

No Cash Refunds will be given. All sales are final. Full payment must be received prior to shipping. I understand that signing of this bill of sale makes the transaction final. I hereby accept full ownership and responsibility of the said dog as of this date. Furthermore, I hereby release and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Zauberberg K-9 Academy Inc., and its employees from and against any and all causes of action, claims and demands, costs, losses, damages and expenses which may result of any claims or suits arising from or in any way connected with the sale to me, or from my ownership or use of, said dog.

The entire agreement between the parties is set out on this page and there have been no oral warranties, expressed or implied, other than those contained herein. The terms of this agreement and disputes developing there under shall be enforced and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. Any legal proceedings or arbitration hearings will be handled in Cochise County, Arizona.
