1. Print nozzle report.
2. Setup teamviewer, to allow techincian into your system to assess any issues.
3. If a problem persists, using google hangouts will allow technician to visually assess the printer's responses.
4. After these steps if there continues to be a problem , it is likely a hardware issue (motherboard, or other individual parts fail), assisting customer remotely, technician will guide customer to identify the problem (using equipment such as voltage meter) may also be necessary.
5. Finally, if unable to resolve an issue remotely, arrangements for technician to go to your location will be made.
